A 20 min yoga practice to support hip and spine mobility and core strength. A great morning practice but can be done at any time of the day.



Please Note: There are quite a few downward dog and other positions which put weight onto the wrists so if you are nursing a wrist injury or imbalance in the wrists please go gently or find another resource more suited to you. <3
